A genuine late Victorian / early Edwardian whistle with heavy brass construction and fixed lanyard loop.

J. Hudson later became the famous Acme Whistle Company and supplied whistles for police, railway and military use.

The whistle has excellent antique character with age-related wear and patina throughout. Original untouched condition with clear maker’s markings still visible.
