This Nikon AR-2 is compatible with Nikon cameras that use the old Nikon-thread / Nikon-mount shutter release, such as Nikon F, Nikon F2 series, F2A, F2AS, and Nikkormat/Nikomat FTN.

This is an early slip-on / cover-style shutter release accessory. Please carefully check your camera’s shutter release mount before purchase.

Please note that this item is different from the standard AR-3 type cable release used on many later Nikon cameras.
