Failure to Install an Auxiliary Fan or Excessive Dirt on the Condenser Surface Can Cause High Temperatures During Heat Dissipation When Using the Ac. This Leads to Excessively High Compressor Pressure, Making the Compressor and Clutch Prone to Damage. This Is Not an Inherent Quality Issue with the Compressor Itself.
  • If the Original Vehicle Compressor Is Already Damaged, It Indicates a Problem with the Original Air Conditioning System. the Causes of Compressor Failure Are Generally As Follows:

① Inadequate Heat Dissipation or Excessive Cooling Agent Charge Causing High-pressure Overload on the Compressor, Resulting in Damage or Scorching of the Pressure Plate and Connecting Rod Components.

② Extended Vehicle Usage Leading to Compressor Aging and the Generation of Organic Carbon Deposits, Causing Pipe Blockages, or a Failed Dryer Bottle Unable to Filter Moisture, Resulting in Ice Blockage.

③ Improper Pipe Assembly Without Secure Fastening Allows Prolonged Vibration, Causing Loosening and Air Leaks.

  • Before Replacing the Compressor, Please Strictly Follow These Steps:

① Disconnect and Clean All System Pipes. Fill the Condenser and Evaporator Pipes with Cleaning Agent and Soak for Approximately 20 Minutes. Then Flush out the Cleaning Agent and Contaminants Using High-pressure Nitrogen. Do Not Clean the Compressor Drier, Receiver, or Throttle Tube. Ensure No Cleaning Solution Remains in the System; If Necessary, Dry the Cooling Agent Circuit with Nitrogen.

② Clean the Surfaces of the Condenser and Evaporator. Verify the Cooling Fan Operates at Normal Speed.

③ When Cleaning or Replacing the Expansion Valve, the Dryer and Line Filter Must Also Be Replaced.

④ Before Installing the Compressor, Verify the Oil Quantity and Viscosity for Proper Lubrication. Evacuate the System, Charge Cooling Agent, and Check High/Low Pressures. Normal High Pressure Is Typically 180-200 Psi, with Low Pressure at 30-40 Psi. If Pressures Are Abnormal, Diagnose the Cause Before Proceeding with Installation.

⑤ Verify and Adjust the Oil Quantity and Viscosity for Proper Lubrication Before Installation.
