Returns are accepted, however return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. Returns MUST be returned in the same state as they were sent. New items being sent back opened / used, items being sent back with missing parts, or items being sent back with grime or damage may result in up to a 50% deduction from the refund. Should any issues arise surrounding the purchase we will always do our best to resolve the problem! Please contact us directly before initiating a return or starting a claim, as active claims can limit our resolution options due to how eBay's platform is structured.
We do next-day shipping! This excludes weekends and holidays. Items purchased on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday. Tracking will be available the moment we purchase the label through eBay.
