Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Turn the knob; the indicator light will flash rapidly three times and then remain steady, indicating successful startup

2. Power Off: Turn the knob

3. Soldering: Place both soldering tips on the nickel plate and hold down the foot switch. After the red light flashes rapidly three times, a single current pulse is released, completing the soldering process

4. The knob adjusts the output current; the higher the setting, the higher the output

Precautions

- Avoid using the device while charging whenever possible, as this may damage the battery

- If the soldering tips become too hot, allow them to cool before use

- Charge the battery promptly when the voltage drops below 7.3V

- Use within an ambient temperature range of 10°C to 65°C; do not expose to water

- During welding, both tips must firmly contact the nickel plate and the battery; the welding tips must not touch each other

- Adjust the parameters based on the welding results until satisfactory

- Regularly remove carbon buildup from the soldering tips using a file or sandpaper

Comparison Notes:

- 8000W Model: Higher power output, maximum spot welding thickness of 0.3mm, and larger battery capacity; suitable for applications requiring high welding performance

- 5000W Model: Moderate power output, maximum spot welding thickness of 0.15mm; better suited for general-purpose welding and thin nickel sheets
