What should I pay attention to during the installation process? Place the spiral lamp in the middle; place the heating lamps on both sides. (Lamps are not included.) Troubleshooting when the lamp doesn't turn on: 1. It is certain that it is normal for the lamp to occasionally not turn on or not heat. 2. If the lamp were to operate continuously, the temperature would keep rising and exceed the temperature we need, which could pose a risk of death to the pet due to overheating. 3. The role of the thermostat is to prevent the temperature from exceeding the temperature we need. Therefore, when the temperature reaches the set temperature, it will cut off power to the lamp, stopping it from working, thereby controlling the temperature. 4. However, don’t worry. When the temperature drops below the set temperature (lower than the maximum temperature value -3℃), the thermostat will automatically restore power, allowing the lamp to resume heating. 5. Repeatedly, by controlling power on and off through the thermostat, the temperature inside the enclosure can remain stable at the required level. |
