Vintage letter from 1970 from the State Police with a patch sent to a collector in Oregon.  You will receive the patch in the photograph and the original letter that was mailed to the collector with the patch.  The address is covered only for the ebay ad and to protect the original collector.  It will be fully visible on the original letter when shipped with the patch.  

Ebay will no longer allow you to ship simply first class without delivery confirmation, which is why the shipping is higher.
