In ok condition, some paint peel/bubbling but no structural repairs, slight bend in one small area (see photos). 

Would make an excellent spare wheel (147s typically came from factory with useless space saver spare wheels). 

I would personally recommend replacing tyre before putting on a car (I've priced it to reflect that you’re buying the wheel not the tyre).
