The MelcoBEMS MINI (A1M) is a commercial-grade protocol converter designed to link a single Mitsubishi Electric HVAC indoor unit to a third-party Building Energy Management System (BEMS). It handles seamless translation between proprietary Mitsubishi signals and standard Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP automation networks via a stable RS-485 connection.
Compatibility:
- Mitsubishi Electric M-Series, Mr Slim, and City Multi indoor split systems.
- Compatible with Ecodan FTC4, FTC5, and FTC6 air-to-water heat pump flow controllers.
- Connects directly to the indoor unit's main PCB board using the integrated CN105 IT connector.
