Cute and beautiful patina on this ~1970s trivet. Some places are showing expected wear and thin or missing spots of silver plate. A few rubber feet missing from the bottom. The expandable bamboo trivet fits squarely into the late Mid-Century Modern (MCM) and 1970s "Hollywood Regency" or "Chinoiserie-chic" design trends, where faux-bamboo metalwork was highly popular for home decor.
