🎁**All boxes pictured are 200gr which measures 16cm x 12cm and 400gr boxes measure 24cm x 17cm.

We, at The Pretty Sweet, stock a large variety of yummy sweets and every order will come wonderfully presented and the sweets will be in a food-safe airtight bag inside the box to ensure optimum freshness in transit. 

We can personalised the Sweet box for free with a gift card message for the special person. If no personalization is requested, the outer lid of the box will be left blank.

Please note that sweet boxes that are imaged are just an example and the sweets will vary from box to box depending on stock.

We always do our very best to make sure the sweet boxes fit the theme of the box.

⚠️ All orders are shipped without a tracking number by default.

⚠️ If you would like to receive your order with a tracking number, please select the tracked shipping option at checkout. (Extra cost applies.)

⚠️ If no tracked shipping option is selected, your order will be sent without tracking.

⚠️ For untracked shipments, we cannot see the package’s location; we only receive confirmation once it has been delivered. Therefore, we are unable to monitor or track the delivery process after dispatch.

We’re not responsible for postage delays. Unfortunately, once we have posted the box, it is out of our control and in the hands of the delivery company.

If your sweet box hasn’t arrived by its expected delivery date, please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us, as parcels are only classed as ‘lost’ after this time. We won’t be able to take action before then.

We are unable to give any delivery dates or times because we cannot locate the box; we can only confirm when it has been delivered.
