GS Tackle Pro Hopper Cover (Carbon Fibre) for Boatman Vulcan V2 Designed & Manufactured here in the UK by ourselves, we’ve improved the design by incorporating a Carbon Fibre infused Plastic Filament (PETG-CF) - this gives the covers a very nice high quality textured appearance, while improving the strength and durability of the covers.

This Hopper Cover is the “Pro” version, and offers our most flexible solution with opening covers at both the front and rear, utilising multi-colour printing to add a customisable element to the design.

The hopper cover protects your bait from both the weather or pesky wildlife.

We are very proud of the design as it goes together and forms a nice study cover, that can't be accidentally blown off or dropped and allows for fitment to the bait boat without the use of tools or screws.

The cover consists of 3 main parts :

Front Profile Plate : this is fitted first to the boat, it is pivoting in the middle and it is inserted into the front section of the boat and opened out.

Mid Mounting body : this part ties all the individual parts together, including mounting of the front opening cover. It contains special preloaded spring parts to give the fitting a satisfying “click” when fitting and keeps the body securely in place to allow for a secure mounting of the system.

Rear Cover Plate : this rear plate is contoured to match the rear hull perfectly, it is easily detachable - but also remains securely in place due to a clever hinge design. To remove the plate simply lift to 90 degrees to the boat and lift it out of the slotted guide. When the rear hopper cover is opened fully the cover will not come off to stop unintentional removal.

Please NOTE - this Hopper cover is NOT compatible with our Vulcan Hopper Divider / Zig Dropper, and can’t be used at the same time as the PVA Full size dropper
It can be used with our other products though (Low profile & XL LP PVA dropper to provide top and bottom protection for solid bags) / deeper mounts etc
Please NOTE - this hopper cover is only designed to be used on the Boatman Vulcan V2 (Any version of the V2 (Basic / GPS / Sonar / Pro), not the V1 or Vulcan Mini.

Main body will be Carbon Fibre Infused Black or Carbon Fibre Infused Titan Grey, optional coloured accents (made from outdoor grade PETG) please see the colour chart picture and make your selection when ordering. Photo'd showing Lake Blue accents on both Carbon Black and Carbon Grey main bodies.

PLEASE NOTE : This hopper cover is designed ONLY for the mk2 Vulcan, it will NOT fit the V1 Vulcan or Vulcan Mini ! Bait boat / Deeper NOT INCLUDED ! These are manufactured by ourself and made to order hence the 10 day lead time.
