Der Kriegspielers Panzertroops was a classic line of 20mm and 15mm scale World War II military miniature kits produced in Tipp City, Ohio, during the 1970s. The brand was created by legendary miniature figure sculptor "Uncle" Duke Seifried and his company Custom Cast, which later merged into Heritage Models

• Origins: The miniatures began as a collaboration between legendary designer Duke Seifried and talented technician Stan Glanzer.
• The Ruleset: The Panzertroops ruleset, written by prominent wargame designer John Hill, served as a highly influential precursor and structural basis for the legendary tabletop game Squad Leader.
• Material: The vehicle and infantry models were sold as unpainted cast metal kits containing a high lead content, which was typical for the era.
• Collectibility: Because they are long out of production, these kits are rare and highly sought after by vintage wargaming collectors.
