Installation and Usage Instructions:
Fix the Valve: Secure the valve on a plate or board of your grill or fire pit using the head screw and flange.
Connect Hoses: Attach the inlet and outlet hoses to the corresponding sides of the valve, ensuring they are tight to prevent gas leakage.
Secure Thermocouple: Fasten the thermocouple nut M8 tightly on the valve end.
Connect Thermocouple: Properly connect the thermocouple and end thread.
Light the Flame: Open the gas valve using the correct-sized knob and hold the valve for about 5-10 seconds until the thermocouple head is heated enough.
Check Functionality: Release your hand. If the gas valve shuts off again, please check:
If the thermocouple is constantly heated by the flame.
If the thermocouple end is securely connected to the valve.
If the inlet and outlet sides are well-connected to the hoses.
If Valve Fails to Stay Open During Using:
Adjust the thermocouple tip position to ensure it is heated in the right place.
Check the connection between the thermocouple end and valve, and adjust the screw if necessary.
Push the valve first, then turn the spindle and hold for a few seconds. It may take 5-15 seconds for the valve to stay open.
