Up for sale is a classic Aria AG-20X guitar combo amplifier, produced by Arai & Co., Inc. This is a compact, 20-watt practice amp that punches above its weight class with a built-in Overdrive circuit and a full 3-band Equalizer (Treble, Middle, and Bass). It also features a dedicated "Phone" jack for silent practice sessions.
Condition Details: This amplifier has a great "relic" look. As shown in the high-resolution photos, there is visible rust on the metal hardware, including the corner protectors and screws. The most notable flaw is that the rear wood/fiberboard cover is significantly bent inward in the middle, creating a gap/bow (see photos). The silver faceplate shows some wear near the input and headphone jacks. The unit was plugged in and powers on successfully (red light on). While it appears functional, please note that due to its age, some pots (knobs) may be scratchy and require a shot of contact cleaner. This is a perfect desktop or bedroom amp for a beginner or a collector of Aria/Arai gear.
