Texel Moulded Backpack is a sturdy travel companion, designed as a waterproof utility bag that meets the demands of daily commutes and travelling. The silhouette is characterised by a folded top with an extra-wide opening and a moulded front pocket, proportioned to safely house full-size tech behind a structured exterior.

This high-performing backpack can accommodate two laptops at once: one stored in the hard front pocket with soft lining and one in the internal compartment. Both compartments are designed to fit 16-inch laptops. Additional functionality includes multiple internal pockets, a concealed zip pocket on the back panel and side drink storage.

The design features a trolley slip pocket, allowing the backpack to slide seamlessly over telescopic trolley handles for easy transportation. Compression straps help keep contents firmly in place during travel.

Cut from Rains’ signature waterproof PU fabric, the backpack is engineered for strength, durability and a smooth finish. The interior is lined in a grey tone to improve visibility and organisation, even in low-light conditions.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and will send you an email to let you know when your delivery is on its way. However, if you have paid using a PayPal E-Cheque we can only dispatch the item/s once payment is confirmed as cleared by PayPal. This can take PayPal 7 - 10 Days.

Please note, we can only ship the item to your PayPal address, we cannot ship to any address sent to us in PayPal notes. Please ensure any address changes are updated prior to ordering.

Items sent by next day courier are sent via DPD, large screen televisions are via Action Express.

A notification email will be sent to you with the tracking info when the item is dispatched.

If the customer is not available to sign for the package, the item will be taken back to the local depot and a card will be left for you to arrange redelivery/collection.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to properties up any flights of stairs, we are unable to deliver to any UK islands or Scottish Highlands

Tracking your parcel:

With items sent via DPD courier we are unable to specify an estimated time before the day of delivery, however DPD does email our customers the tracking information by the morning of the delivery date, so you can get an estimated delivery time.

Action Express Delivery Times

We use Action Express courier for delivery of all 32” – 60” TV’s sent within the UK mainland.

We cannot ship any televisions over 22” to Islands, which includes Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

Delayed & Missing Deliveries

Please allow time for an item to be delivered (as per the delivery times stated). If an item is taking longer than estimated please contact our customer service team and we will assist with this.

Please understand that it is very important to provide the correct address prior to sending payment. Please double check the address as we cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to an incorrect address or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.

In the event where delivery fails a number of times, the courier will return the parcel to us. We will contact you to re-arrange delivery.

Please understand that extreme weather conditions can sometimes delay deliveries.

Returns

Often problems can be resolved without the need to return your order, our experienced team can often help to resolve the problem via email, saving you the inconvenience of having to return the item.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, however, if you do change your mind and wish to return the product for any reason, please Contact Us.

All items sold come with a 60-day grace period.

If the fault develops after 60-days but within the 12 month warranty period please Contact Us and we will either repair, exchange or refund the item

Please contact us prior to sending back to we can set up a return, and forward you your unique RMA return number and the return address.

If a product is returned and the fault is found to be due to misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.

Returned items may take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment.

Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your account.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Warranty
For added re-assurance all items sold include a 12-month warranty. If your item develops a fault after the 60-day grace period, please Contact Us to organise a replacement item (stock permitting). If your item is older than 60 days we will offer our repair service.

The 12 months warranty starts from the date of purchase

Returns Data
We ask all customers to factory-reset electronic devices before returning them to us. If we find this has not happened, we will immediately remove all data using the device’s in-built software. We will never access, or attempt to access, this data.

Where we are required to repair electronic devices, we ask all customers to remove the device’s password before returning it to us. If we find this has not happened, we will contact the customer to request the password. We recommend customers use an encrypted email system to send this information to us and the email will be immediately deleted once the device has been accessed. If the device cannot be repaired, we will remove the data before securely destroying it.
