The SM-SH51 is the standard single-directional release cleat for Shimano SPD pedals - the most widely used MTB and commuter pedal system in the world. Single release means the foot releases by twisting outward only, giving a more secure feel than multi-release cleats while still being easy to unclip. Supplied as a pair with all fixing hardware included - bolts and cleat nuts as per original Shimano packaging.
