Dee Dee Sharp - Bye Bye Baby b/w My Best Friend's Man (Atco 6445) Fine fall of 1966 Northern Soul dancer by this Philadelphia based singer. Sharp (nee: Dion LaRue) released this just after leaving Cameo-Parkway where she had several chart hits including Mashed Potato Time, Ride! and, Do the Bird - all of which reached Top 10 on the Billboard pop chart. Bye Bye Baby didn't chart in the US, but did becomes popular among British soul fans. DJ copy. Record is in strong VG+ condition but has some light label wear.
