• If an incorrect return reason is selected (e.g., faulty when not), we will deduct the return label cost from the refund.
• Exchanges are not offered - please order the correct item separately.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• If a delivery is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, the original postage cost will be deducted.
• If the item was confirmed as suitable by us and still doesn't fit, we will cover return costs. Otherwise, incorrect return reasons may result in partial refunds.

All domestic and international orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We do not currently use any other carriers. Please allow sufficient time for delivery, and note that eBay's estimated delivery dates may not always be accurate.

We accept all major forms of payment through eBay's secure checkout, including PayPal and debit/credit cards. Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. We do not store any payment details.

Warranty Terms – JAH PLUG

• Eligibility: This warranty applies only when the part has been installed by a certified or qualified mechanic. Proof of professional installation must be emailed to JAH PLUG within 30 days of purchase using the contact email shown on our store page.

• Who is a Certified Professional?: A certified professional refers to a trained and recognised mechanic or workshop with industry qualifications (such as IMI, NVQ, ATA) or a registered business that regularly performs vehicle repairs and servicing.

• Professional Installation Requirement: All parts must be fitted safely and correctly following the manufacturer’s guidance. Installation by an unqualified person or incorrect fitment will void the warranty.

• Proof of Installation: Please provide an invoice or document from the garage showing the installation date, vehicle details, and the business name or mechanic credentials.

• Submission Deadline: Proof of installation must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Claims without valid proof may not be accepted.

• Making a Warranty Claim: If you experience a problem, contact JAH PLUG as soon as possible. Include your order number, proof of purchase, installation proof, and a brief description of the issue.

• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover problems caused by incorrect installation, misuse, damage, accidents, neglect, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Labour costs or related expenses are not included.

• Warranty Outcome: After reviewing your claim, JAH PLUG may offer a replacement or refund. If the same item is unavailable, a similar alternative or refund will be provided.

• Non-Transferable: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.

• Limitation of Liability: JAH PLUG is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use or failure of the part.

• Governing Law: These warranty terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and follow the Arbitration Act 1996.
