Cover is rough and corners are folded and damaged and has an insect burrow through one side that travels through through 3/4 of the pages but does not hit any print. All pages are otherwise intact and not written on all print is clearly legible. Please see photos for condition. I’ve tried to represent this to the best of my ability.
