This plate is engraved directly into the metal using a mechanical impact engraving process.
Engraving is permeant, no paint, ink, or color is applied.
Contrast is created by varying engraving depth and the interaction of light with the surface.
Because the design relies on reflections rather than color fill, appearance will vary with lighting and viewing angle.
