Delivery Issues

24-Hour Reporting Rule: Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival. Any issues with the delivery (e.g., damage in transit, missing parts, or incorrect items) must be reported to us within 24 hours of the tracking showing as "Delivered."

Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the outer packaging and the item itself to help us process a claim with the courier.

Returns Policy

Timeframe: We accept returns for up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Refunds

Carriage Deduction: For all "change of mind" or "remorse" returns, the original outbound carriage (shipping) cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Inspection: Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days once the item has been received back and inspected.
