Application Guide

How to Use

1. Clean and dry the surface (remove old gasket material completely)

2. Cut nozzle tip to desired bead size (1/8" to 1/4" typical)

3. Apply a continuous bead of silicone to one surface

4. Assemble parts immediately while silicone is still wet

5. Tighten to specified torque

6. Allow to cure for at least 2 hours (24 hours for oil fill)

Cure Time Guide:

• Tack-free: 30-60 minutes

• Functional cure: 2 hours

• Full cure (oil exposure): 24 hours
