This ring looks like the real deal. 18k yellow gold plated over sterling silver. Dome shape and mounted with a genuine faceted oval amethyst that is approximately 3ct. The stone is prong set and open backed. Accented with clear inset czs.

Ring is a size 7 and has a nice weight of 7.7g

It is marked 925 and has a maker’s mark of an F inside of a gem 💎 shape.

Excellent pre-owned condition. One small dark line on the underside of the band as shown in last photo.
