This is an Underwood 21 portable manual typewriter, made at the Olivetti plant in Barcelona, Spain, cleaned, serviced, and confirmed working.

The machine types cleanly on both black and red, as shown in the type sample photo included in the listing. A new black and red ribbon has been installed on the original metal spools. Carriage return, spacing, tab, and shift all function as expected.

The body is two-tone blue and light gray. The ribbon cover is missing its name badge, noted clearly in the photos. The body has minor paint chips at one corner and a small mark on the case-facing side. Chrome hardware is intact and bright.

The original hard shell carrying case is included. The latch and handle function, though the metal latch hardware shows surface rust and the case lid has a small chip and a short hairline scratch, visible in the photos. 

The original Underwood 21 instruction booklet is also included.
