They are new. I opened each pack to plug them in to be sure they worked and they do. Colors are turquoise,pink,orange and green and there are extra bulbs in each pack. The box says flashing or non -flashing. These do not flash. Each string is about 6 ft long with 20 bulbs and they can be plugged into each other.
