vintage metal looks like aluminum but not sure self standing counter display piece someone said it might be a rack for holding fire place poker and brush and shovel

has the 3 little metal prongs on one side and 1 double one on the other side 

no idea if it was to hang jewelry or prizes or whatever you choose

none listed anywhere so no real idea

if you love horses it is a pretty cool find

just under 20 inches tall
