I'm half certain that these are a mould and not a hand carved item though still pretty neat. I can't tell for sure they are or not.
My reasons are 

.The carved lines have small outer bubbles if it was carved why there.

.The back looks like a mould joint.

. The SK is seen at normal hight then on the other its cut off 

Still a vintage item just in my belief not hand carved.
