If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased diamond, please inform us of your intent to return for a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order and ship it back to us in its original condition and all original packaging within a reasonable time frame.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED BY OUR GEMOLOGIST PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A REFUND. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, INCLUDING ALL PAPERWORK.
