For your consideration is an antique 1880’s cast iron shoe pull toy, missing the old woman who lived (rode) in it, as well as the front wheels. Attributed to Ives, Blakeslee & Co.. Not being a Cast Iron toy specialist, I referenced the only internet-visible online sale of this self same toy, albeit a complete example, by Theriault’s in their November 11, 2006 Auction. The lot number referenced and which is shown in this Ebay listing as the 9th image, is 269.1.
Paint looks to be original. The heel wheel rotates freely. No structural issues in the shoe to note. Shoe measures 9” from heel to toe.

After payment is processed this toy will be shipped promptly, with great care taken to ensure safe delivery. For over 15 years I have shipped countless fragile antique phonographs, records, accessories, and the odd antique object to clients all over the world without issue, so you can rest easy knowing this cast iron shoe will arrive just as shown.
