BMW Z4 2.2 Straight-Six – Honest Example
Reluctantly selling my Z4 as I’ve been told to get something more “modern” for Le Mans trip.
Good bits:• 2.2 straight-six – smooth and sounds great• MOT until August 24Th• Full service history (mostly BMW)• Well maintained – no expense spared• Recently had:– Front control arms– Brembo discs & pads all round– Front tyres• Drives really well
Needs attention:• Paint on bonnet & wing isn’t perfect• Roof works but needs help going back up• Handbrake stuck in service mode (I leave it in gear)• Steering angle sensor fault after new battery – TC & tyre lights on, also requires a new coolant fan sensor (lower hose) it’s intermittent works by switching ignition on and off.
Bonnet latch relocated through the grill, indicator flash fast due to later LCi lights and needing a resister.
Tried to be as honest as possible – great car underneath, just needs a few bits tidying.
Open to offers with all these quirks in mind
