Antique Bubble Glass Picture Frame African American Gentleman Photo Suits Dress

Antique bubble glass fame including an old photograph of pair of African American gentleman that are sitting on an exterior staircase wearing suits, ties, pea caps and dress shoes. One young man is wearing glasses as well. What a great photograph! The frame is 17.5" tall by 11" wide, the photograph is 10" by 16".  The frame has a missing piece of trim on the top exterior and several chips here and there are on the tiered decorated trim. See images. Photograph is in good condition with no rips or tears. Some minor smudge at bottom section near right hand man's shoes. Not sure if from the frame or photograph.
