This item is an antique Majolica jardiniere pedestal base, likely produced by Brush-McCoy or a similar American manufacturer in the late 19th or early 20th century. Features a molded grape and leaf motif with a blended green and brown glaze.

The bottom has several chips, scuffs and scratch marks. The top also has some marks as well as factory flaws, areas that have been glazed over. There is crazing but I don't see chips or breaks on the outside middle.
