We support Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and other payment methods.
Most orders are with you within 1-3 working days.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday and Saturday). We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.
If your order is placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).
We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.
We Offer a No Quibble 30 days returns policy for goods no longer required.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We ll assist you with the return or exchange process without applying a restocking fee if the mistake is from our end.
Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped exactly as received. You're responsible for all postage costs when returning an item that is no longer required.
If unwanted goods are not returned in original packaging, or the goods have been returned damaged, used or amended, returns will not be accepted. If we do get your item back damaged when an item is no longer required, you are liable to claim from the courier you used to send the goods with.
If you have any queries, please contact us via either the 'Ask Seller a Question' or 'Contact Us' buttons both of which can be found in the Helpful Links menu on the left side of this listing.
