"Srce za Djecu" ("Heart for Children") is a charitable organization in Bosnia dedicated to supporting seriously ill children and their families.

The new PEZ Heart dispenser features a bright red design, the organization's heart logo, and a white stem labeled "Srce za Djecu." It also comes on a specially designed PEZ blister card created exclusively for this release.
