Shipping
- Current primary shipping method: USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box is also available as a faster option at checkout.
- Same-day to 1 business day handling. Orders are packed and shipped quickly from Los Angeles, California.
- Combined shipping available: Additional SSDs can usually ship together at no extra shipping cost. If eBay checkout overcharges shipping, I can refund the excess shipping after purchase.
- USPS timing note: USPS shipments are picked up from my location during the carrier’s regular route. Tracking may not show real transit movement until later that night or early the next morning.
- For the fastest movement, please request UPS Next Day Air Saver or faster, or USPS Priority Mail Express, before purchase.
- Approved expedited shipments will be dropped off in person within a couple of hours instead of sent through regular pickup.
- Reinforced packaging: Each SSD is placed in anti-static packaging, protected inside a water-resistant USPS Priority Mail poly/Tyvek envelope, wrapped with additional bubble cushioning, then packed in a reinforced cardboard shipping box.

- Depending on availability and the situation, warranty resolution may include:
- a replacement with the same model or a comparable model/performance equivalent, or
- a full refund if a suitable replacement is not available.
- Warranty claims are subject to return, inspection, and verification.
- Warranty record matching: The shipped drive is matched to its SMART data, serial record, and delivery record before shipment.
- For valid warranty claims: I cover shipping both ways. If you pay to ship the drive back for inspection, that return shipping cost will be refunded or credited after the warranty claim is verified. If a replacement is sent, I will ship the replacement by USPS Priority Mail or an equivalent fast service at my cost.
Plain English Version
- If the drive itself fails under normal use, I will make it right.
- You should not be stuck paying shipping on a valid warranty issue. If the claim is verified, your return shipping cost will be refunded or credited, and any replacement will be shipped back to you at my cost.
- This warranty does not cover accidental damage, electrical damage, environmental damage, misuse, physical damage after delivery, or failures caused by use outside normal intended operation.
