Should you unfortunately receive a jacket with any of the above please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Once the purchase is completed, a Coat or Jacket will be selected at random from stock levels and dispatched, therefore we advise that coats will differ from the ones shown in the images but this does not affect quality or standards in any way. As stated before should you have any problems please contact us after you have received your item. Should you need to cancel your order, please do so at the earliest convenience or contact us and we will endeavour to assist you.
Some coats and jackets have removeable quilted linings, if you specifically require one with a quilted lining please contact us prior to making your purchase so we can assist you (SUBJECT TO STOCK LEVELS). All Jackets and coats include full length front zips with storm cover, 4 KLICKFAST docks, Epaulette loops (epaulettes not guaranteed), Full size pockets, stitched Silver Hi Vis tape and stitched chequered blue and silver tape.
Items will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). Any delays will be communicated promptly.

RETURNS POLICY
We unfortunately do not accept returns unless you have contacted us and we have had the opportunity to resolve the issue you are facing. Resolutions include but not limited to PARTIAL REFUNDS, FULL REFUND WHERE YOU KEEP THE ITEM, FULL REFUND ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED. In the event you are required or wish to send the item back to us, you (the buyer) are responsible for returns postage. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
