• If the motor is lightly loaded and not running for a long period, the controller can be adjusted to 50% of full speed. When the motor is loaded and working continuously for a long time. The controller should not go below 70% of full speed. Because the motor is decelerated by voltage reduction, the torque will also become smaller after voltage reduction and may be overloaded. At this time, due to the increase of current, the heat dissipation will become worse, and the motor will also heat up seriously, which will damage the service life of the motor.
