This spotlight is tested and works great, bracket number is 253L. Driver side. The bulb IS halogen

 Pictures shows actual item that you are going to receive!!!, as a used item it shows some scuffs, scratches and small dents at the lens and back covers (since they are made of hard plastic) most are not noticed at the pictures because they are too small.
