This particularly heavy Hindu hanging temple oil or ghee lamp would have spent decades adorning an ancient Indian temple. Perhaps in an inner sanctum like the one devoted to the Hindu deity Shiva at the 12th c. Dev Somnath Temple in the vicinity of Dungarpur, Rajasthan. LAST FOUR IMAGES.
