JRJ300-D-1 laboratory high-speed shear dispersing emulsifier is driven by compact series-excited miniature high-speed motor, which is suitable for stirring and mixing low to medium and high viscosity liquids and crushing granular materials in the liquid medium shear emulsification in the laboratory or pilot plant. The machine consists of a high-density die-casting aluminum alloy for the body of the drive motor, high-quality stainless steel refined shear emulsification head and speed controller and other components.
Main features:
● The operating status controller adopts stepless speed controller, which is convenient for speed regulation and correct data;
● The driving motor adopts series-excited micro-motor with high output power and compact structure, which is designed to be safe and reliable;
● Shear emulsifying mixing head is made of high quality stainless steel, good corrosion resistance, easy to disassemble and install the interchangeable stator;
● The shear emulsifying mixing head is connected with the driving motor by a coupling joint, which is stable in high-speed operation.
