An early reprint of Lafcadio Hearn's classic book on Japanese culture, in a decorative binding.  Some wear to the pages here and there from age, offering in "as is" condition.  A few pages (at the beginning and some in the middle) have some light tears or chips (one page in the middle has been repaired with tape, as pictured).  All plates appear to be in place from a quick glance and generally in good condition otherwise.  See pictures for a closer look!
