A first edition of the science fiction classic from E.E. "Doc" Smith, found in the personal library of University of Massachusetts "science fiction" Professor Larry Owens (whose name is neatly written to the front end-paper).  Some light to moderate wear from age, with some light browning/toning to the page edges.  Jacket protected in a removable mylar sleeve.  See pictures for a closer look!
