Introduction:

  • When you lowered your vehicle with shortened coil springs, the stock shocks will not be valved correctly and will sit too far down in their "stroke" to work as intended and will blow out more quickly. So you will need drop/lowering shocks.
  • They are designed to lowered vehicled and provide ride improvement and travel required.

All returned items must be in original condition with original tags and packaging. The reason for return:

2. Buyer purchased the wrong item or Buyer does not want the item:


1). Shipping and handling fee is not refundable.


2). Buyer must contact the sale representative within 14 days after the item arrived.


3). Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. And the depreciation fee will be charged (15% of item Value at least) for any product that have been used.


3. Shipping damage:


We use FedEx / UPS Ground / USPS for US local address orders, Parcelforce / Royal Message / FedEx / DHL / DPD top service shipping company for international orders. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.


4. We shipped the wrong item


1). Return items must be in original condition.


2). Buyer must contact the sale representative within 7 days after the item arrived.
