📋 Product Overview

The automatic wire coiling machine is mainly used for automatically bending the ends of copper cores of BV wires to form loops through the pneumatic mode. It can form different circular loops by only adjusting the fixtures and copper core length limiters. It features a compact structure, space saving, high efficiency, high precision and high stability. The automatic wire coiling machine improves the production efficiency and quality, and solves the problem that the manual loop forming operation is difficult, slow and not standard.

⚠️ Precaution

1. The machine is suitable for BV wires, not for BVR or other flexible wires.

2. Do not overload the machine. Confirm that the wire to be processed is matched with the die.

3. Do not touch the running parts during operation. Do not put hands into the machine during operation.

4. The wire sheath needs to be removed to ensure smooth loop forming.

5. Do not tread on the foot switch when there is no wire in the machine.

6. There is no air compressor included in the packing list. Customers need to use their own air compressors.

⚙️ Bending Mechanism

The bending mechanism is reasonable in structural design, flexible to move and resistant to fatigue and wear, multiple air cylinders are integrated to achieve efficient bending operation instead of manual operation, the productivity is greatly improved, and the standardization and automation of wire harness processing are achieved.

💨 Pneumatic System

The high-precision pressure gauge is designed for real-time pressure monitoring and fault early warning, the standard air connector is used to ensure quick connection and reliable sealing, and the pneumatic stability is well enhanced.

🕹️ Operation Method

1. Connect the power supply and air source, turn on the power switch, and wait for 2 seconds until the touch screen is on.

2. Press the cylinder key (the red indicator light will turn green). At this point, the cylinder will extend once. Press it again, and the cylinder will retract. The other cylinders can be operated in a same way.

Note: The cylinders must be in the original position when performing automatic wire loop forming.

3. Adjust other parameters on the touch screen as needed.

4. Place the peeled wire into the processing station and fix it.

5. Tread on the foot switch, and the machine automatically accomplishes the loop forming process.

6. Take out the formed loop and check whether it is qualified.

7. After operation, disconnect the air supply and power supply, and clean the machine thoroughly.
