When you notice that the hammer drill is weak, you may need to add grease, about 1 oz at a time. And you may need to replace the carbon brushes if you notice an odor or sparking.
Regular maintenance improves efficiency and extends service life.

What jobs is the heavy duty hammer drill best suited for?
Delivers 7.38 ft. lbs. of impact energy for fast drilling in concrete (max drilling diameter of 1-9/16") as well as easy chipping of block, concrete and tile.
Which bit and grease are used?
Any SDS-Max model bit or chisel can be used. It is normal for the drill to move up and down when inserted into the machine. Shell Gadus S5 Grease Series and Mobil SHC Series will be ok for Berserker rotary hammer drill.
