Beautiful antique late 19th century Burmese folding tripod table, hand‑crafted from solid heavy rosewood with a rich warm colour and fine grain.
The circular top features intricate deep carving all round with elegant pierced openwork edges, plus a striking central floral design inlaid with bright polished mother‑of‑pearl which catches the light beautifully.
Traditional three‑legged tripod base folds completely flat for easy storage or moving, yet locks securely and stands perfectly stable when open — very well made with traditional joinery.
📏 Approx measurements: • Diameter: 35–36 cm • Height: 33–34 cm
✅ Condition: Excellent antique order overall. Solid, heavy and structurally sound — no cracks, breaks or repairs. All carving is sharp and clear, folding mechanism works smoothly.
ℹ️ NOTE: There is **one very small section of inlay missing from a single petal/leaf** — this is a tiny detail only, everything else is fully intact and complete, and it does not affect use or appearance at all. Clearly shown in photos.
A highly decorative, collectible and practical piece of antique Oriental furniture
