You are bidding on a Cool Vintage Barbershop Item. This is a  Campbell Hot Lather Machine - Chrome - Latherking for your Barber or Beauty shop. This would be a great display piece and will buff up very nice by it's new owner. This turns on and makes the whirring sound like a small blender makes when plugged in and the button is pushed , but I don't have any way to test it. This is a low serial number unit compared to others I have seen, so it is probably an earlier production piece. The shaving cream cavity does have some oxidation and rust inside ((( see scans ))), and will need cleaned and sanitized before using but the spring and application button work as they should. This is a cool vintage piece with water spots and other blemishes  ((( see scans ))),  that may or may not all buff out, I am not selling this as a working unit, just as a fantastic display item. If it does work, and If you are going to use it, That will be up to you. The plug and wiring is good for the year it was made. When this sells, I will ship in the U.S. Only for  20 dollars Thank you

(((( NOTE ))))  I had a wonderful ebayer ask me if it works and suggested that I just try it with water, I  put water in it and it warms up and makes that whirring noise but does not seem to be spitting anything out anywhere. It was last used in 1979. Thanks to them for their helpful suggestion. ((((  PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN BIDDING. ))))

((((  NOTE  )))) This evening I filled the reservoir with alcohol. The plastic button starts the  the whirring sound, and if I push the dispenser plunger by hand, it spits out warm fluid.
