These are marked 7 which is the MEN'S SIZE! 

According to the U-Dot size chart (photo 15) it's a Women's Size 9 BUT these run long!

They have a roomy forefoot and toe box and are listed in the WIDE section of the U-Dot "Size MAP" (photo 16)
