This vintage 1989 software is Sytos Plus file backup manager. Version 1.42 for DOS. This is for DOS Operating Systems and Local area networks. According to the back of the box it offers:

support for a host of backup devices including floppy diskette, quarter inch tape, data cassette, and more. The box also says it provides flexible retry options for busy files, backs up file permissions, access control lists and network system files. It says it runs on the most popular PC local area network including novel netware 286, net worth 386, IBM PC land program and more.

It comes with a 3.5 inch disk, a 5.25" floppy diskette, the users guide, and the original box.

Please note the box has some yellow spotting ing from age, and some scuffing at the corners.
